Do I need a credit card for the trial?
No. Start free for 30 days without any payment details. We only ask for a card if you decide to continue.
What is the 2% + Stripe fee?
On top of the monthly plan, Slotly charges 2% of each paid booking, and Stripe charges its processing fee (from 1.5% + €0.25 for European cards), deducted from the amount you receive. Your customer pays your price, with no surcharge. If you refund a booking, Stripe keeps its fee, so the 2% is not refunded.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes, you can switch from Basic to Pro (or back) whenever you like from your dashboard.
How does booking money reach my account?
We use Stripe Connect. You connect your bank account once and the money is paid out to you in your own currency in about 2 business days.
